Adani Green Energy announced that its subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Five (AE5L), on January 1, 2026. AE5L aims to generate and supply power from renewable sources like wind and solar. The new entity, registered in Gujarat, has an authorized and paid-up capital of Rs 1,00,000 and is yet to begin operations. Adani Green Energy is a leading renewable energy company with a target of 50 GW by 2030.
