TARC Ltd Projects Rs 4,500 Crore Revenue from Delhi Luxury Housing Development

TARC Ltd, a listed realty firm, expects around Rs 4,500 crore in revenue from its ongoing ultra-luxury residential project 'TARC Kailasa' in Delhi's Kirti Nagar. Launched in 2024, the project spans six acres with 17 lakh square feet across five towers, priced between Rs 11-14 crore per unit. The company has sold 275 units and is launching 110 more. With a total investment of about Rs 1,500 crore excluding land, completion is expected by March 2030. TARC has achieved Rs 1,000 crore in sales bookings this fiscal and aims for Rs 2,500 crore by year-end, planning further land acquisitions and project launches in Delhi-NCR.
