Silverstorm Parks and Resorts has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an upcoming SME IPO, aiming to raise funds for capital expenditure, expansion, and debt repayment. The company plans to establish a Lucknow Snow Park and upgrade its existing theme park. With existing operations including a snow park in Athirappilly and another in Jamshedpur, Silverstorm reported consolidated revenue of ₹31 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹9.71 crore for FY25. The IPO details, including size and price band, are yet to be announced.
