
Devyani International reported an 11.3% year-on-year revenue increase to Rs 1,441 crore in Q3 FY26, driven by 12.1% growth in India operations and international business gains. Despite this, the company’s net loss widened to Rs 109.78 crore from Rs 76.46 crore a year earlier, with expenses rising 11.7%. It operated 2,279 stores globally and approved a Rs 57.5 crore acquisition to fully own Sky Gate Hospitality, which includes Biryani by Kilo. Shares rose following positive analyst outlooks and leadership continuity plans.
