NBCC India Wins Rs 775 Crore DDA Redevelopment Orders; Dee Development Engineers Secures Rs 58 Crore Pipe Contract

NBCC India has secured redevelopment contracts worth approximately Rs 775 crore from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for staff quarters in Old Rajinder Nagar and Safdarjung Development Area, following Delhi Master Plan 2021 guidelines. The projects will be executed under a self-sustainable model with NBCC managing planning and execution. Additionally, NBCC will continue as project management consultant for Bharat Vandana Park in Dwarka, overseeing operations and maintenance during its phased opening. Separately, Dee Development Engineers received a Rs 58 crore order for manufacturing alloy steel seamless pipes at its new Gujarat plant, marking the start of commercial operations there.
