NBCC (India) has secured redevelopment contracts worth approximately Rs 775 crore from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for staff quarters at Old Rajinder Nagar and Safdarjung Development Area in New Delhi. These projects, covering around 1.66 lakh square meters, will follow a self-sustainable model where part of the built-up area will be monetized to fund redevelopment, with the remainder allocated for DDA staff. NBCC will act as project management consultant, ensuring compliance with Delhi Master Plan 2021. Separately, Dee Development Engineers received a Rs 58 crore order for manufacturing alloy steel seamless pipes at its new Gujarat plant, marking the start of commercial operations there.
