Brigade Group Partners with Primus to Develop Senior Living Communities in South India

Brigade Group has partnered with Primus Senior Living to develop three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other South Indian cities, with a combined gross development value of approximately Rs 750 crore. Two projects will be integrated within larger townships, offering shared amenities and social infrastructure. These communities will feature age-specific facilities such as wellness centers, medical bays, and curated events. The partnership aims to expand Brigade's senior living footprint and promote multi-generational, purpose-built housing reflecting quality and innovation.
