Kalpataru Secures Rs 1,400 Crore Redevelopment Project in Andheri West, Mumbai

Kalpataru Limited has secured redevelopment rights for the Shree Mahalakshmi Cooperative Housing Society in Andheri West, Mumbai, covering approximately 3 acres with an estimated gross development value of around Rs 1,400 crore. The project plans to construct about 0.4 to 0.6 million square feet, including seven residential wings with 22 floors, offering 350 new apartments alongside rehabilitation units for existing 242 members. This redevelopment aligns with Mumbai's trend of upgrading aging housing societies in prime suburbs with strong connectivity and infrastructure.
