
EAAA Alternatives, led by CEO Subahoo Chordia, plans to invest Rs 40,000 crore in India's clean energy sector by 2030 through its India Energy Transition Fund. The company has already invested Rs 530 crore in Bengaluru's Greenheart Tech Park and aims to acquire more office assets in cities like Bengaluru and Gurgaon. With a current real assets AUM of Rs 22,200 crore, EAAA Alternatives has approximately Rs 8,000 crore in dry powder for future investments.
