Skoda India plans to launch the Kushaq facelift on January 20, featuring subtle exterior updates like revised headlamps, a larger grille, and new alloy wheels. Interior enhancements may include a panoramic sunroof, digital instrument cluster, and a larger touchscreen. Mechanically, the facelift is expected to retain the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI petrol engines, with possible reintroduction of a manual transmission for the 1.5-litre variant and added safety features like Level 2 ADAS. The updated SUV aims to compete with rivals such as Hyundai Creta and Tata Sierra in the mid-size segment.
