Apple Expands Office Lease in Bengaluru's Embassy Zenith by 1.21 Lakh Sq Ft

Apple India Pvt. Ltd has leased an additional 1,21,203 sq ft of premium office space in Bengaluru's Embassy Zenith for ten years, increasing its total leased area in the building to 3.89 lakh sq ft. The lease, from MAC Charles (India) Ltd, carries a monthly rent of approximately ₹9.16 crore and a total commitment of ₹1,333 crore over the decade. This expansion reflects Apple's growing investment in Bengaluru as a key global hub, with provisions for further space acquisition if available.
