China Asset Management Co. (ChinaAMC) has launched Depository Receipts (DRs) for its CSI 300 ETF and STAR 50 ETF on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This initiative, in partnership with InnovestX Securities, allows Thai investors access to Chinese assets and technologies. It marks the first time Shanghai-listed ETFs have entered an overseas market via DRs, strengthening China-Thailand capital market cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative and reflecting Thai interest in Chinese growth prospects.
