Reshme Krishi Mela Showcases Advances in Sericulture Technologies in Mysuru

The Reshme Krishi Mela, organized by the Central Sericultural Research and Training Institute (CSRTI) and the Karnataka Department of Sericulture, was held in Mysuru to showcase recent advancements and best practices in sericulture. The event featured exhibitions of new mulberry varieties, silkworm hybrids, bio-inputs, and pest management technologies. It included interactive sessions between farmers and experts, product launches like the organic stimulant Vermihume, and recognition of outstanding practitioners, aiming to enhance silk industry knowledge and quality assurance.
