Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved seven new real estate projects valued at over 416.94 crore across five cities: Noida, Lucknow, Mathura, Bareilly, and Meerut. These projects will introduce 1,024 residential and commercial units. Noida will see two commercial projects totaling 181.36 crore, while Mathura receives two residential projects worth 154.92 crore. Lucknow, Bareilly, and Meerut will also see new residential and commercial developments, indicating UP RERA's focus on balanced urban growth.
