Four parties, including the company's promoter, Germany-based Mutares Group, Aikyam Stressed Asset Fund, and Cyfuture India, have expressed interest in the insolvency resolution of Syska LED Lights. Lenders have raised concerns about the validity of some bids due to a lack of formal board authorization. Syska LED has admitted claims totaling approximately ₹226 crore, with State Bank of India being the largest creditor. The resolution process is in its advanced stages, with lenders anticipating recoveries potentially exceeding 50% of admitted claims.
