The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has reported selling 1,419 apartments for Rs 640 crore at its 'The Great Western' project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The project, a collaboration with Mittal Builders, aims to deliver approximately 4,600 apartments. Strong customer demand led to over 8,800 applications for the initial phase, with one-bedroom flats priced at Rs 32.9 lakh and two-bedroom units at Rs 49.9 lakh. HoABL plans to launch the second phase in February and aims for early project delivery.
