
Uttarakhand's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) grew by over 50% from Rs 2.54 lakh crore in 2021-22 to around Rs 3.82-3.90 lakh crore in 2024-25, with a growth rate of 7.23% and a projected 8.2% for 2026-27. The state's per capita income and Human Development Index improved, while poverty declined from 9.7% to 6.92%. Infrastructure expanded, including roads and heliports, and entrepreneurship flourished with increases in MSMEs, large industries, and startups, alongside higher labor force participation.
