M3M Partners with Elie Saab to Develop Rs 3,500 Crore Branded Residences in NCR

M3M India and its group company Smartworld Developers have partnered with global fashion brand Elie Saab to develop two ultra-luxury branded residential projects in Gurugram and Noida, investing a total of Rs 3,500 crore. The developments will include around 950 apartments—300 in Gurugram and 650 in Noida—under the 'Signature Residences by Elie Saab' brand. This marks Elie Saab's first branded residences in India, complementing its global portfolio across 14 countries. The projects aim to offer premium living spaces integrating design and lifestyle, with starting prices from Rs 15 crore in Gurugram and Rs 9 crore in Noida. Elie Saab Group also plans to open a ready-to-wear store in Delhi, though no timeline has been provided.
