Adani Power Subsidiary Secures 558 MW Power Supply Contract in Tamil Nadu

Adani Power's subsidiary Moxie Power Generation has secured a five-year contract to supply 558 MW of electricity to Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation, starting April 1, 2026. The company won the bid by offering a competitive tariff of Rs 5.910 per unit. This contract covers both units of Moxie's 1,200 MW Tuticorin plant, securing over 95% of Adani Power's operational capacity under medium- to long-term agreements. The deal aims to enhance grid stability and provide affordable, reliable power to Tamil Nadu consumers.
