Sabarmati Bullet Train Hub Achieves IGBC Gold Rating for Sustainable Design

The High-Speed Rail Multi-modal hub at Sabarmati, Gujarat, has achieved the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Gold Rating. This marks a significant milestone for sustainable infrastructure in India's high-speed rail sector and is the first building associated with the Bullet Train project to receive this certification. The hub is designed for seamless connectivity between the Sabarmati railway, metro, and bus rapid transit systems, and features green building elements like solar panels and efficient water fixtures. Its facade includes a mural depicting the Dandi March.
