
Sunteck Realty has acquired a two-acre land parcel in Mumbai's Andheri East near the international airport, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 2,500 crore. The site, previously involved in over a decade of litigation with multiple stakeholders, was secured after 18 months of negotiations. This acquisition is Sunteck's third in the current financial year, complementing recent purchases in Mira Road and development rights in Andheri East, aligning with its strategy to expand in Mumbai's high-demand micro-markets.
