India's real estate sector has seen a significant resurgence in capital markets, raising ₹17,867 crore across 11 deals in the first nine months of FY26. This volume matches the entire previous fiscal year, with projections indicating it could surpass the highest figures in six years. Since FY18, the sector has raised ₹72,331 crore, with REITs and large-cap companies attracting the most significant portions of these funds.
