Prabhu Deva Sells Two Mumbai Flats in Minerva Tower for 14.8 Crore

Actor and choreographer Prabhu Deva sold two luxury apartments in Mumbai's Minerva tower, Mahalaxmi, for a combined 14.8 crore in March 2026. Each 1,295 sq ft flat was sold for 7.4 crore to different buyers, Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange, including four parking spaces. Purchased in 2012 for 14.45 crore, the properties saw modest appreciation. The project faced possession delays, with MahaRERA ordering interest payments to buyers and granting a part-occupation certificate in 2023.
