Arunachal Pradesh has been recognized as a 'best performer' in the National Startup Ranking Framework by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), joining Gujarat and Goa in this top category. This annual ranking evaluates states and Union territories on their efforts to build supportive startup ecosystems. Arunachal's achievement reflects steady improvement over previous years and highlights the state's commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship despite geographic challenges. The award was presented during National Startup Day, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
