Apeejay Surrendra and Ambuja Neotia Partner on Kolkata Residences and Hotel Project

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd and Ambuja Neotia Group are collaborating on a mixed-use development in Kolkata's EM Bypass area, comprising 69 luxury serviced residences branded as 'The Park Unizen' and a 218-key luxury hotel. The project spans approximately 3.35 acres, with residential sales expected to generate around Rs 350 crore to fund the hotel construction. The development, involving an estimated Rs 700 crore investment, targets completion by 2030, with strong market interest reported in the initial residential phase.
