Mirae Asset Venture Investments (India) has appointed Puneet Kumar, former managing director at SteadView Capital, as its new CEO. Kumar's role will involve refining investment strategies and positioning the firm as a preferred investor amidst a competitive Indian venture capital landscape. His experience includes investing in over 30 companies and seeing nine portfolio firms go public at SteadView Capital. Mirae's Indian venture business manages over ₹1,477 crore and invests across technology, media, telecom, lifesciences, and deeptech.
