The Bombay High Court has permitted the transfer of Rs 84 crore, deposited by 63 Moons Technologies Ltd, to a settlement account under a One-Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme. This order facilitates the resolution of claims stemming from the 2013 National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) payment crisis. The High Court registry was directed to transfer the funds within seven days. The Economic Offences Wing and MPID authority supported the scheme before the NCLT, with certain reservations.
