Blinkit's ambulance service, launched a year ago, has responded to over 4,200 cases in Delhi-NCR using 25 ambulances, aiming for under-10-minute response times. The quick commerce platform trained over 70 paramedics through its academy. The service began in Gurugram with five ambulances and has since expanded its network, with response times improving to 87% of cases arriving within 10 minutes. This initiative operates in a complex field where rapid emergency medical care is critical.
