Omaxe Sells All Units in Two Faridabad Projects Worth Nearly Rs 960 Crore

Realty firm Omaxe Ltd has sold all residential and commercial units in its two newly launched Faridabad projects, 'Omaxe Residences' and 'The Grand Europe'. The company sold 173 luxury homes for around Rs 800 crore and 120 shop-cum-office units for Rs 160 crore. These projects, part of the 'World Street by Omaxe' township, are slated for delivery in 2030. Omaxe aims to address the demand for ultra-luxury residential and commercial spaces in Faridabad, where it has a significant presence across multiple states.
