G R Infraprojects has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to transfer its wholly owned subsidiary, GR Bahadurganj Araria Highway (GBAHPL), to Indus Infra Trust. The agreement, signed on December 29, 2025, involves the sale of 100 equity shares. Following this transaction, GBAHPL will no longer be a wholly owned subsidiary of G R Infraprojects.
