The Delhi High Court has issued an interim order restraining Shri Swastik Organics and others from infringing on Britannia's 'Little Hearts' biscuit trademark and shape. The court found a 'triple identity' in marks, products, and consumer base, granting Britannia, as the prior user and registered owner, protection. An e-commerce platform was also ordered to remove infringing products. The case is scheduled for further hearing on May 21, 2026.
