
ITC Hotels reported a consolidated net profit of around Rs 236-237 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 9.6% year-on-year increase driven by a 21% rise in revenue to approximately Rs 1,231 crore. The company faced exceptional losses totaling over Rs 80 crore due to new labour codes and cyclone-related inventory damage in Sri Lanka. ITC Hotels expanded its footprint with new properties in Tier-II and Tier-III cities and signed 28 hotels in 2025, reflecting strong demand in premium hospitality segments amid supportive policy measures.
