Fredun Pharmaceuticals has approved the allotment of 6,44,360 equity shares at Rs 1250 each for Rs 80.54 crore and 5,51,600 convertible warrants at Rs 1250 each for Rs 68.95 crore. The company received Rs 17.23 crore as subscription for the warrants. This preferential issue aims to raise capital for the pharmaceutical company.
