Kolte-Patil Developers has signed a joint development agreement for a 1.1 million sq. ft. residential project in Bhugaon, Pune, with an expected gross developable value of Rs 850 crore. Bhugaon is described as an emerging residential area with strong connectivity and proximity to premium markets, employment hubs, and social infrastructure. The project aligns with Kolte-Patil's strategy to expand in high-potential micro-markets through capital-efficient partnerships, supported by backing from global investor Blackstone.
