Gaurs Group has successfully raised Rs 440 crore through its first public issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), fully subscribed by three leading mutual funds. The funds, raised by the holding company Gaursons India Pvt Ltd and to be listed on the NSE, will be used for land acquisition, project execution, and repaying higher-cost borrowings. This move is expected to enhance the group's financial flexibility and support expansion, underscoring its financial resilience and growing credibility with institutional investors.
