Saudi Arabia Bans Poultry and Egg Imports from 40 Countries Including India

Saudi Arabia's Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has imposed a total ban on poultry and table egg imports from 40 countries, including India, as a precaution against highly pathogenic avian influenza and other animal diseases. Partial restrictions apply to specific regions in 16 additional countries. The ban exempts processed poultry products meeting health standards.
