RailTel Corporation of India has secured a Rs 19.83 crore order from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to establish a data centre in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The project, set for completion by December 2029, involves setting up the data centre within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. RailTel, a PSU and neutral telecom infrastructure provider, reported a net profit of Rs 76.07 crore and revenue of Rs 951.36 crore in Q2 FY26.
