MetLife GCC Leases 75,000 Sq Ft Office Space at Noida's Oxygen Business Park

MetLife's global capacity centre (GCC) has leased approximately 75,000 square feet of office space on the 12th and 13th floors of Tower 3 at Embassy Office Parks REIT's Oxygen Business Park in Sector 144, Noida. The five-year lease, starting July 1, 2026, includes a monthly rent of 41.84 lakh with a 15% escalation after three years. MetLife already occupies around 291,000 square feet in Tower 2 of the same park. The deal reflects ongoing demand for office space in India's tier-I cities.
