
E2E Networks announced a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise capital by issuing 150 crore equity shares with a floor price of Rs 2,630.60, allowing up to a 5% discount. The funds will support procurement of cloud compute infrastructure and general corporate purposes. Following the announcement, the company's shares rose over 3%. E2E Networks recently partnered with Larsen & Toubro-Vyoma to enhance GPU cloud capacity for AI workloads, aligning with India's AI development goals.
