
BMW Motorrad India has launched the BMW M 1000 R supersport roadster at Rs 33.50 lakh, featuring a 999cc inline-four engine producing 210hp and advanced aerodynamic winglets for improved stability. Deliveries start May 2026. Separately, Ducati entered India's off-road segment with the Desmo450 MX motocross bike priced at Rs 17.24 lakh, powered by a 449.6cc single-cylinder engine with Desmodromic valve technology and advanced electronics. The Desmo450 MX targets competitive off-road riders, while the BMW M 1000 R focuses on high-performance road and track use.
