Zen Technologies Secures Rs 404 Crore Defence Orders for Anti-Drone Systems and Training

Zen Technologies Ltd received orders worth Rs 404 crore from the Ministry of Defence, India, including Rs 332 crore for Anti-Drone Systems and Rs 72 crore for training simulators and equipment, to be executed within one year. The company reported a net profit of around Rs 59-62 crore in Q2 FY26, with revenue declining year-on-year but rising sequentially. Zen clarified no promoter involvement in the contracts, which are not related-party transactions. The stock price rose following the announcement, reflecting investor optimism.
