Industrialist Harsh Goenka praised Mumbai Metro Line 3 after his first ride, describing it as efficient, organized, and remarkably uncrowded. He compared it favorably to metro systems in Paris, London, and New York, calling his experience the best among them. Goenka also questioned why similar standards are not applied to Mumbai's roads. The fully underground 33.5-kilometer metro line, inaugurated in October, has seen significant public use and contributed to reduced congestion near CSMT.
