Allied Blenders to Acquire Non-Operational Distillery Assets in Uttar Pradesh

Allied Blenders and Distillers has approved acquiring assets of a non-operational distillery and bottling facility in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, from National Industrial Corporation for up to Rs 70 crore. The company plans to invest an additional Rs 40 crore to upgrade the facility and establish a bottling unit. This acquisition aims to enhance the company's IMFL bottling capacity and distillery operations, with completion expected by July 31, 2026, and upgrades within 12 months post-acquisition.
