India's white-collar job market grew 12% year-on-year in February, driven by a 23% month-on-month surge, surpassing typical seasonal trends. IT sector hiring rose over 6%, with AI and machine learning roles increasing by 40-49%. Indian multinational companies led growth, expanding overall hiring by 24% and AI recruitment by 82%. Non-IT sectors like insurance, BPO, real estate, hospitality, and retail also showed notable gains, highlighting broad-based hiring momentum.
