Tata Motors reported strong sales figures for December 2025, with total commercial vehicle (CV) sales increasing by 25% year-on-year to 42,508 units. Passenger vehicle (PV) sales also saw a significant rise of 14.1% to 50,519 units. Electric vehicle sales within the PV segment surged by 24.2%. For the third quarter of FY26, total CV sales grew 21% and total PV sales increased by 22.3%. Company officials attributed the growth to factors like GST 2.0, festive demand, and a rebound in construction and mining activities.
