
Large currency speculators have increased their net long positions in Euro futures to a two-year high, according to the latest Commitment of Traders (COT) data. This data, released by the CFTC, shows a weekly addition of 6,115 net long contracts, bringing the total to 144,903 contracts as of December 16, 2025. This indicates growing confidence among hedge funds and large speculators in the Euro's future performance.
