CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) has sold a 20.2% stake in three under-development data centers located in Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai to the CapitaLand India Data Centre Fund (CIDCF) for approximately Rs 700 crore. This strategic divestment, valued at a premium to independent valuations, is part of CLINT's capital recycling strategy. CIDCF, which aims for a S$300 million final close, focuses on India's data center development opportunities and is anchored by a global institutional investor.
