Delhi Entrepreneur Grants Month-Long Paid Leave to Employee for Family Care

Divye Agarwal, co-founder of Delhi-based social media company Bingelabs, granted a month-long paid leave to an employee caring for her ailing mother without any conditions. Despite delays in two client projects, the team rearranged work to accommodate the leave. Upon returning, the employee delivered some of the company's best work, which Agarwal attributed to the trust and support shown by the company.
