Keystone Realtors and MHADA Sign Agreement for GTB Nagar Redevelopment Project

Keystone Realtors' subsidiary, Keymidtown Developers, has signed agreements with MHADA and GTB Nagar housing societies to redevelop the GTB Nagar cluster in Sion, Mumbai. Spanning 11.54 acres, the project will benefit over 1,200 residents, mainly Sindhi refugee families, by constructing three residential towers with modern amenities and safety features. Valued at approximately Rs 4,521 crore, this MHADA-led initiative is the authority's first private land redevelopment using the Construction Development Agency model, aiming to create a community-oriented, future-ready neighborhood.
