Yaap Digital Lists on NSE SME Platform Below IPO Price, Plans Strategic Expansion

Yaap Digital, a digital content and marketing services agency backed by Mukul Agrawal, debuted on the NSE SME platform on March 5, 2026. Its Rs 80.11 crore IPO, fully a fresh issue of 55.25 lakh shares priced at Rs 145 each, was subscribed 2.87 to 4.26 times across categories. The stock listed at Rs 127, a 12.4% discount to the IPO price, and traded between Rs 127 and Rs 133.35. Proceeds will fund acquisitions, including GoZoop Online, an AI-led content hub, working capital, and corporate purposes.
